Refund Policy
Refund Policy for KondaSoft themes, products, and related purchases.
We aim to build a happy and satisfied community of Shopify merchants. If you experience a critical issue with a purchased theme that prevents it from being used as intended, and we are unable to resolve that issue through support, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase.
Eligibility for a refund
Refunds are only considered when all of the following apply:
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- You are facing a technical issue or limitation that makes the theme unusable for its intended purpose.
- You have already contacted support and we were unable to provide a working resolution.
- The theme has not been used to create or publish a live Shopify store.
- You have not violated our Terms of Service.
- The theme has not been heavily modified beyond its original codebase.
Refunds are not provided for reasons such as changing your mind, switching to a different theme, or failing to contact support before requesting a refund.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us and include:
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the issue
- The steps already taken with our support team
We aim to review refund requests and respond within 1 business day.
Refund process
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 1 business day, although the final timing may depend on your payment provider.
Exceptions and non-refundable items
- Customization services are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for issues caused by third-party apps, custom code, or platform limitations outside the theme itself.
- Refund eligibility may be denied where there is misuse, policy violation, or substantial code alteration.
