KS Contact Form Builder

With this snippet, you can easily build up more advanced contact forms, by adding or removing the input fields as your store's logic requires.

This theme snippet is available in two formats, one build exclusivity for the Dawn theme, and a general version that should work on any other Shopify theme.

As you can see from the allowed fields above, you can now have more control over your contact forms, without the need to touch any codes, all done within Shopify's theme editor.
